14YRS OLD BOY REMANDED FOR DEFILING HIS 3 HALF-SISTERS AGED 2, 5 AND 10YRS

A 14-year-old boy was, on Monday, remanded on the Oregun Correctional Home for Boys by an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly defiling his three step sisters, Punch reported.

The teenager, who resides in No. 11 Olayinka Adenubi Street, Mafoluku, inside the Oshodi area of Lagos, is coping with three counts of defilement, indecent assault and sexual abuse, whereas his mother, Ihuoma Oke, is coping with a price of parental neglect.
The teenager pleaded not accountable to the prices.

It was gathered that he forcefully had carnal data of the victims, who’ve been his stepsisters and aged two, 5 and 10 years, respectively.

According to the police prosecutor, Simeon Imhonwa, the victims suggested their caregiver, who reported the matter to the police, ensuing within the arrest of the accused.

Imhonwa added that the accused devoted the offences sometime in November 2018 at his residence.

The offences, in keeping with the prosecutor, contravenes sections 135 and 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015 (revised) and Section 10 of the Child Rights Law of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Olufunke Sule-Amzat, ordered that {{the teenager}} be remanded inside the correctional home and that the case file be duplicated and a replica despatched to the state Director of Public Prosecutions for suggestion.

The Justice of the Peace adjourned the case till April eight for level out.
