Tragedy struck Ibiaea in Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State in the early hours of Tuesday as a trailer carrying bags of cements fell in the body of a Sienna Car, killing all passengers, including the driver

The incident which occurred in the early hours of Tuesday along Ibiaea-Calabar Expressway came as a result of some pot holes which made it difficult for the heavy duty trailer to drive through.

According to an eye witness who gave his name as Offem Lekam, said  “a full trailer load of goods along Ibiaea in Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State fall on the body of a Sienna Car and killed all passengers. The driver Bassey Loways and all passengers are from Ekori in Yakurr. It is a sad event. May God forgive all our sins.
