Appeal Court sitting in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital on Friday ordered immediate withdrawal of Certificate of Return presented to Stephen Odey says Rt.Hon Jarigbe Agom was validly nominated by PDP.
The Appeal court further stated that the decision of the Tribunal was a mere mockery of the Judiciary.
The judgement of the Appeal court has now put to rest the almost 10 months of Legal tussle as regards the Cross River North Senatorial by-election.
