Born July 22, 1948, Mike Ogar obtained his Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Regional Planning at the prestigious University Of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, United States of America.
Mike Ogar was appointed as Commissioner for Commerce and Industries (1984-85) and Commissioner for Information (1985-1986). He’s an Urban and Regional Planner and Environmental Consultant.
He is married with five children
