BREAKING : Giving land to Fulanis better than losing lives – Buhari Begs Nigerians

Posted by on February 9, 2020>

Buhari

The Presidency has charged those against the administration’s ranching and colony programmes for herdsmen to rethink, noting that they are better off living with the ranches and colonies than dying through the persisting conflicts.

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Femi Adesina, speaking on an AIT morning programme in response to a question on ancestral attachments to land said:

“Ancestral attachment? You can only have ancestral attachment when you are alive. If you are talking about ancestral attachment, if you are dead, how does the attachment matter?

Its so unfortunate a president will be negotiating with terrorists, Fulani or herdsmen can’t take our land, if they want to make a deal? Let them come but if they will continue killing! We’ll show them how to handle arms. They still de learn

If we need to give our ancestral lands to killer Fulanis to live, where are their own ancestral lands, can’t they ho back to it? Or they do not have ancestral lands? Then they are intruders and should be charged for trespass except… Meanwhile, if the Fulanis must be given our ancestral lands for them and their sponsors to be appeased, Igbo spare part dealers among others should be allowed to have Biafra for their agitation and killing of the Igbos to stop. Is cattle rearing a public Enterprise, Multinational Cooperation, Partnership business or Sole proprietorship? People should not be fanning the embers of anarchy because they found themselves in the corridors of power. You will not always be there. It’s better to die being free than to be a life but a slave in your father’s land. If the quest to seize the ancestral lands of aborigines and give them to strangers is being championed to extend the frontiers of Othman Danfodio’s empire, araba. Gbam!

This statement from Femi Adesina shows that Federal Government is backing and encouraging the activities of the Herdsmen in Nigeria. When we are expecting the Government to urgently check the wickedness and unlawful activities of these Fulanis who kill Farmers and destroy their properties to take care of their own properties, you now feel allocating land to Killers distroyers is the appropriate solution to the persisting conflicts between Landlord and criminal Tenants. This is as equal as given them the right and freedom to go anywhere in Nigeria to forcefully acquire land and establish their own territory which will later become dictatorial center for the indigenous people of that area. At least Femi Adesina is a Yoruba man. He is supposed to know trauma his tribesmen are going through in the hands of these Herdsmen. So, for him to have alter this statement is like closing his eyes at the suffering of his people. So, it’s advisable for Federal Government to use the right spanner in loosing the right bolt instead of putting the round peg in the square hole.

Mr President I greet you but please are you saying people should surrender to the fulanis their ancestral lands for better peace with the fulanis ?because I see no reason for such if the fulani man is known for trouble who will want to live with him ?
