Masked police operatives have stormed the hospital the place Dino Melaye, the Senator representing Kogi West, was receiving remedy.
The officers pressured the lawmaker, who was on the hospital mattress, into an unmarked car and drove him to an undisclosed location, witnesses instructed PREMIUM TIMES.
Mr Melaye was arrested last week after police laid siege on his dwelling in Maitama, Abuja, for eight days.
He turned himself in after hiding within the dwelling for days. Mr Melaye has been inside the hospital since then.
Police accuse the senator of worrying inside the capturing of an officer in his native Kogi State.
