Weetalknaija reports that Appeal Court sitting in Calabar, the Cross River State capital has withdrawn Certificate of Return issued to Stephen Odey, says Rt.Hon Jarigbe Agom was validly nominated by PDP as Candidate for the CRnorth Senatorial bye-election.
The Appeal court stated that the decision of the Tribunal was a mere mockery of the Judiciary.
The judgement of the Appeal court has now put to rest the almost 10 months of Legal tussle as regards the Cross River North Senatorial by-election.
Consequently, Jarigbe Agom is to be sworn in as Senator, Cross River Northern Senatorial District when Senate resumes sitting.
