BREAKING!! Gunmen Kidnapped Lawmaker, Others In Abuja
Gunmen has kidnapped a former member of the Kogi House of Assembly and others in Abuja.
The abductors of Frederick Adejoh, a prince of Igala in Kogi, are being sought by police in the Federal Capital Territory.
On Thursday, assailants attacked the Tungan Maje village along the Zuba-Gwagwalada route.
Friday Sani Makama, a former member of the Kogi House of Assembly, and others were also kidnapped.
The victims were abducted from a hotel in Tungan Maje, Abuja’s Zuba neighborhood.
Makama, Adejoh, a hotel owner, and an unspecified number of other guests, including politicians, are still missing.
A security source told PRNigeria that the armed guys shot intermittently into the air to scare away the security men on guard before kidnapped the hotel owner and guests.
Mariam Yusuf, a spokesperson for the FCT Police, stated that operatives are on the lookout for the gunmen who attacked on Thursday.
The special squad of the command is leading the manhunt.
