There is palpable tension in Ondo State as suspected terrorists kidnapped former lawmaker and others, weetalknaija.com.ng report.
Unknown gunmen suspected to be terrorists have abducted a traditional head and three others at Agopanu axis, Owo-Ikare road, in Ondo State.
Weetalknaija.com.ng gathered that the incident occurred on Thursday evening while the victims were on their way from Akure to Ikare.
Those people kidnapped by gunmen include the traditional head, the Oniku of Iku, High Chief Mukaila Bello, a former House of Assembly Candidate for Akoko North-East Constituency Yèyé Gbafinro, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Adeniran Adeyemo and a community leader, Bashiru Adekile.

The driver of their vehicle was matcheted by the gunmen and now receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre, in Owo.
