The former Managing Director, Niger Delta Development Commission, Timi Alaibe has joined Alliance for Democracy (AD) to contest November 16 poll in Bayelsa state.
Timi Alaibe dumped PDP after losing the ticket to Senator Douye Diri during the primary election conducted on September 3, 2019.
