National chief of the All Progressive Congress and co-chairperson of the Buhari marketing campaign organisation, Asiwaju Tinubu was caught on digital camera throwing away his APC flag after pandemonium broke out on the celebration marketing campaign in Abeokuta, Ogun state today.
The marketing campaign took a brand new twist when Ogun state governor, Ibikunle Amosun got here on stage to marketing campaign for the APC and Allied Peoples Movement (APM).
In response, former Osun state governor Aregbesola got here on stage to oppose the governor, asking the people to vote for under the candidates of the ruling All Progressives Congress.
After Aregbesola completed talking, supporters of the APM verbally opposed him and it degenerated into to a rowdy session when Adams Oshiomhole, the APC nationwide chairman got here on stage.
Supporters then took legal guidelines into their palms and began throwing issues on the APC leaders.
Recall that Legit.ng had reported that rival supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) clashed in Ogun state on Monday, February 11, forward of President Muhammadu Buhari’s go to to the state.
The conflict occurred between supporters of Governor Ibikunle Amosun and people of the APC governorship candidate in Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun. The conflict reportedly occurred on the MKO Abiola International Stadium, Abeokuta, venue of the presidential marketing campaign rally.
The fracas was mentioned to have began when loyalists of the Allied People’s Movement (APM) gubernatorial candidate, Adekunle Akinlade, had been determined to outshine each other. Amosun, who’s against the candidature of Abiodun, is backing Akinlade as his anointed governorship candidate.
