The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Jude Ngaji winner of the February 26, Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency By-Election with 22,778 votes ahead of PDP’s 20,590 votes.
