The Cross River State Commissioner for Education, Hon Godwin Ettah has today been conferred with the ‘Calabar Heritage Award’ in Calabar, the state capital.
The award presentation was done by a team of the organisers led by Effiong Bassey Edem, who at the time of presentation thank the honorable commissioner for his good works and fatherly role for the people of cross River State.
He stated that Calabar Heritage award is an event that celebrates the Efik Culture and it’s heritage and also award great supporters, individuals and groups who have helped in the evolution of the Efik Heritage and has contributed to the development of Cross River State. Chief Godwin Ettah merited the award because he has performed more than their expectation in nation and State building.
In his response, Chief Godwin Ettah promise to give concern to any project or program brought forward to him by the organization in order to add value to its development and sustainability.
