“Defend Your Land, Be At Alert” — Nnamdi Kanu Warns Against Military Plan To Carry Out Air Raids

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has accused Nigerian Army of planning attacks on specific areas in Imo State.

Kanu warned residents of the Mbaise Mbano and Obowo axes of the state to be on the lookout for news that the Nigerian Army had deployed drones to the area in a tweet on Wednesday.

He also said that the soldiers were advancing to the aforementioned areas in large Hilux vehicles.

The separatist urged Eastern Security Network members to protect their homelands from “terrorists in uniform.”

“Danger!” he wrote in his tweet. There have been reported sightings of a @HQNigerianArmy drone over Mbaise, Mbano, and Obowo, and several Hilux Vans are currently moving into these areas. To repel these uniformed criminals, men must be on high alert. The battlefield is Imo State. We have to defend our homeland!”

There have been reported sightings of a @HQNigerianArmy drone over Mbaise, Mbano, and Obowo, and several Hilux Vans are currently moving into these areas.

To repel these uniformed criminals, men must be on high alert. The battleground, in my opinion, is the state. We must protect our homeland!

The Nigerian Army and the Nigerian Air Force deployed combat fighter jets to Orlu communities in Imo State in February 2021, according to SaharaReporters.

The fighter jets allegedly carried out aerial strikes as part of the military’s effort to dislodge Eastern Security Network operatives who are thought to have strongholds in the forests.

Aerial attacks by Nigerian troops are currently being carried out in our regions. It’s possible that many innocent lives will be lost. They are most likely searching for ESN operatives who are monitoring the activities of killer Fulani herdsmen, according to a community leader.

According to SaharaReporters, the Nigerian Army deployed battle helicopters, gun trucks, and soldiers to hunt suspicious forests in the South-East states where the ESN, led by Nnamdi Kanu, was said to be camping last December.

The Nigerian Army helicopters and tanks, as well as soldiers looking for the ESN camp for potential arrests, were captured on video by drones and hidden cameras suspected to be mounted by the ESN.
