WAEC 2022 Massive Recruitment for Graduates

The last four years has given Governor Ben Ayade time to study his team and know People’s capacity and productivity at close range. It was more of food on the table kind of arrangement that had 5% of appointees working while 95% just collected salaries as part of social welfare.

Over the last 4 years I closely watched the Governor struggle to crystallize his great ideas with little support from his team. Some performed well, while others misused the opportunity. the Lion we have in the person of the Governor whose determination is unmatched in Nigeria, was able to start up an industrialization revolution in the state. My dear Governor, this next four years should really be hands on the plough! Cross Riverians want to see all this your project blossom and out live your 10 generations to come! We want to see more action and that’s why we rejoiced over your resolve to be a “project manager”

As the tension rise and people scramble to retain their offices or get an upgrade our greatest prayer is that you look deep into your spirit and make some hard decisions. If an appointee has performed exceptionally well; please promote that appointee in other to motivate him or her to do more. For those who performed averagely or poorly; you may drop or demote them! Do not fall into the temptation of leaving people in their former offices because it will be counter productive. No matter how well the person performed or how good a person is, staying in one position for eight years will definitely make them lose steam and take things for granted! Move people around, let them face new challenges let them leave their created empires and comfort zones and try something a bit more challenging. Your Excellency, you need a lot of fire in this last four years to leave your great legacies behind; Cold wet firewood won’t give you steam. do not succumb to pressure from key stakeholders etc most of them are trying to build their 2023 agenda to counter your decisions. We know you are very humane; but we plead for the sake of our joint destiny, call a spade a spade!

I also recommend that you bring in some new hands too to spice up the system. Let’s have some stunning innovation. Everyone must not be at the core of Government. Some can be managers of your projects across the state.

For appointees who are using all means to return, both physical and spiritual; the wise saying goes “A good actor leaves the stage when the ovation is loudest” know when to take a bow. Life doesn’t start and end with Government, you can support CRS from the side lines. Best coaches don’t play in the field!!!

The ball rest in your court My Governor, may posterity judge you right. You have done exceptionally well in the first four years. No one is perfect. I believe your last four years as Governor will be our greatest victory… Am sure you will justify the land slide victory at the polls, Cross Riverians are watching. We pray for Gods wisdom
