Mrs. Helen is a dynamic robust thinker, A Community developer, a Constructive leader with distinction having emerged with diverse outstanding awards and recognition for her immersed support and growth of organizations and community’s at large.
Due to her leadership par excellence she was appointed as SA to the Governor on Gender and Development, CRS having exhaust her tenure she was further acknowledged to serve as the First Female Chairman, Biase Local Government Security Management Committee.
However, Mrs. Helen emergence as a State Government appointee for her outstanding performance is not unconnected to a number of key policies she have initiated and maintained, which the government believe adequately position Cross River State on the path to economy development, promoting gender equality, peace and security. More so, Her encomium awards and recognitions were not limited to her classic humanitarian services thus her sustainability and robust development.
