Barr. Stephen Adi Odey PhD, the oust Senator of Cross River North Senatorial district has conceded defeat following the Appeal Court Judgment which affirmed Rt.Hon Jarigbe Agom’s victory at the Cross River North By-election.
The court of Appeal sitting in Calabar today, Ordered that the Certificate of Return presented to Stephen Adi Odey be withdrawn and another issued to Jarigbe Agom.
Stephen Odey has appreciated members of his team for their support and dedication so far.
