Bandits and terrorists kill, kidnap, rape and have no respect for human rights. Yet when they are captured or when they surrender we forgive them and reintegrate them, some politicians openly ask for their forgiveness and respect to their human rights.
And we think we are not empowering them by giving them money for ransom? Some even talk of the reward of reintegrating them into the Nigerian Army and you think if they infiltrate the military they will not share information to their friends to destroy our security architecture as it is common today?
They are gaining more grounds and weapons from ransom. They have weakened our security and embarrassed them too much to be treated with any right to live when caught.
It began with destroying police formations and now the military base is attacked. The attack on Nigerian Defense Academy, Kaduna is a big slap on our intelligence and security. It can not have happened without some people working with bandits and terrorists even in the military and top politicians. Wadume case is almost forgotten now
It is getting clear that there is insincerity in handling things, some people at the top especially politicians can no longer claim ignorance. Some people must be benefiting from insecurity especially politicians. Nigeria my country is shifting into a failed state. Too much politics without ethics in Nigeria today
