Cross River State All Progressives Congress, APC, Governorship aspirant, Senator John Owan-Enoh has petitioned Prince Otu on false Certificates.
Owan Enoh who asked the APC to declare him winner of Cross River Governorship APC primary held on 26/05/2022, said Otu was never cleared to contest the governorship election due to his Certificates forgery case.
