‘PDP Is Known For Lies and Falsehood’ — Ayade Give Reasons For His Defection

Ayade explains why he left PDP.

Governor Ayade laments that his state faces challenges such as a lack of funds, infrastructural development, and a high rate of youth unemployment, but he pledges that his defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will bring the Cross Rivers State on board with the federal government’s policies and programs.

He urged other governors to join Mr. President in building the Nigeria of our dreams.

“We need all Governors to join hands with the President, because this isn’t a party issue; it’s about the President’s integrity and devotion to this great Nation’s mission.”

After a closed-door meeting with six APC governors and members of the National Assembly who visited the Cross River State Government House on Thursday, Governor Ayade announced his decision to defect from the PDP to the APC.

PDP, according to Ben, is spreading lies.

During his defection, he slammed the PDP for propagating false information and hate speeches on social media in order to smear the APC government’s image.
