Ada acknowledged that her husband sustained damaged fingernails and bruises on his toes when he was dragged on the bottom by the visitors wardens, who assaulted him.

It was learnt that the Federal Capital Territory Commissioner of Police, Bala Ciroma, had ordered the detention of the police personnel concerned within the incident.

The spouse, who witnessed the encounter alongside her two youngsters, refuted studies that her husband was driving in opposition to the visitors.

According to her, the late Assistant Superintendent of the NSCDC, who was hooked up to the Sharia Court in Abuja, was taking her to the Gloryland International School, Karu, the place she works as a instructor, when the incident occurred.

She mentioned, “We have been going to Karu from New Nyanya, however on attending to the Catholic church, we diverted. Ada added that whereas her husband was being taken away by the policemen, she went again to the car to fetch the automotive key and his telephones.

“By the time I got to their station, I found my husband sitting on the ground and unable to talk. All the policemen were insulting him, saying, ‘You are a stupid man; we hate civil defence corps officers, they are too stubborn’. They killed my husband in my presence, leaving me to cater for two children alone,” she famous.

The instructor defined that the policemen weren’t keen to take Ogah to the hospital, on the excuse that their automobiles had no gasoline, including that the deceased was not accepted on the Nyanya General Hospital, the place they ultimately took him to after an extended delay.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police accountable for the FCT Command, Ciroma, has visited the NSCDC workplace to commiserate with the operatives over Ogah’s demise.

The NSCDC spokesman, David Akinbinu, mentioned in a statement that the CP disclosed that the errant policemen had been detained, including that investigation had additionally commenced.
