Senator Gershom Bassey Receives Praises For Installing Street Lights In Calabar Metropolis

Ever imagined the importance of lighting polls on the edge of the roads? Whether it is about brightening our surroundings or for security reasons, it is always important to have good quality street lights. This is the case of the Efut Ekondo Community as the senator representing Cross River South Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate, Sen. Gershom Bassey flood streets with powerful street lights.
This is happening simultaneously as the man of the people is also empowering youths in Calabar South with tricycles.
It is no news that Sen. Gershom Bassey has pledged his commitments towards putting Cross River South on the same pedestal and status as similar megalopolis in the world.

The Clan Head urged the youths to be united and support the administration of Sen. Gershom Bassey for doing what no one has done in their community.
He did not fail to commend Gershom Bassey for lighting Efut community and beyond as it is a dream come true for the people of Cross River South Senatorial District.
“The street lights would also tighten up security measures in the areas to reduce crime rates, apart from providing convenience for residents and road users, I want to also thank our Senator for furnishing our health facility at Mayne Avenue, Calabar South”.
“We are so happy as the things we ever asked for are basic amenities and the Senator is making them available to us”. He said
The Senator did not also fail to empower his workforce ably led by Gershom Edem.
